Spirit Filled Soldier is a Blog focused on posting encouraging news, articles and resources relating to followers of Christ learning to live as Spirit Filled Soldiers in the Army of God.
At Spirit Filled Soldier, we believe that Jesus is the Son of God and equal to God; Jesus died on the cross to save us from our sins and then rose from the dead on third day. We believe that the Old and New Testaments of the Scriptures are divinely inspired by God and are without error in their original language.
We believe the Church and every individual needs the Holy Spirit. We believe that the spiritual gifts have not ceased. God is seeking to set the church free from the enemy’s kingdom and fill every one of us with the Holy Spirit, empowering us to advance His Kingdom, becoming people of prayer who are active in spiritual gifts.
Bio
Scott and Jessica Duperree are Writers and Editors at Spirit Filled Soldier. In 2020 they were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in tongues as a revivalists ministered the Full Gospel and deliverance to them. After over eleven years of serving as ordained ministers in The Salvation Army Scott and Jessica felt called to a new season of life starting in 2022. Currently Jessica is a full time homeschooling momma to four children, and Scott is working as a delivery driver and freelancer.
